Richmond Nursery Berry Farm

The Richmond Nursery has a long history in the Ottawa area. It was founded by George and Claudia Rofner as a growing facility. Now on it's second generation of management, we are doing everything we can to retain our roots as a growing facility.

Part of our tradition of growing includes working with field crops. Field crops can range from seasonal cash-crops to long term tree plantation. The diversity of our growing operations is rather unique but is something we are very proud of.

Dekok Family Berry Farm

We believe that we must be good stewards of what God has supplied us. That’s why we compost, use fertilizers as a supplement rather than a cure-all, and rotate crops in balance with nature. We practice Integrated Pest Management, using chemicals only when absolutely necessary.

Your family will enjoy picking delicious berries in our peaceful fields, or you can order picked berries at 613-592-3779 Afterwards visit our farm animals or play on our play structures.

The farm has an Environmental Farm Plan under the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food's standards.

McGregor's Produce
